Freight

All prices are quoted ex factory in Christchurch,
New Zealand.

Local deliveries, that is within Christchurch City boundary are charged at $30.00 (including GST) each. This includes transit insurance.    

For all other deliveries within New Zealand we can arrange for delivery at very competitive prices.

Our Guarantee to You

We are committed to ensuring that the product we deliver is of a high standard.  It is important to us that we act quickly to resolve any problems that arise.  New Zealand is our "community" and we want to be considered good citizens  both personally and professionally. 

We will act promptly to repair or replace any faulty workmanship.  Customers should contact us regarding any problems or concerns they have.  We aim to give you complete service and satisfaction within the shortest time frame possible.  We will act in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Privacy

We respect your Privacy. Simple as that.

We expect other web-based businesses to respect our privacy, so in turn we respect yours.

We  appreciate the information you share with us, and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993,   we are going to tell you what happens to your information when you give it to us.

Using the "Ask a Question" Form

The information you provide on the "Ask a Question" Form is seen and used only by us, and only for the purposes of personally contacting you.  We won't sell or rent out your address, and we won't email/phone you with an endless stream of annoying stuff. (We may just drop you a note to let you know of sales and specials, but if that gets annoying, just don't answer! or let us know and we won't send anymore.)
